Monday 21st April

Our last day in Montpellier. We had another picnic and sat this time on a large bit of grass somewhere near the river. We also took a couple of guitars and three little french kids were very interested in them. After a while they went disappeared and returned with their own guitar and sat right near us, playing lots of english pop-songs such as James Blunt. At this point we gave Laura her present which we had wrapped this morning, and she loved it. Suddenly, a big black cloud appeared and we went an sheltered in a nearby cafe. That evening we met one of the american girls we had met on the first night and went to a Japanese restaurant. It was delicious food, with Miso Soup, rice, grilled tuna and fried bananas. I was so full after that. Then back at the house, we watched, you’ve guess it, more Sex and the City while we packed, ready to leave tomorrow morning.
