Sunday 20th April

Two of Laura’s housemates woke us up at 5.30am when they came home drunk and started crashing around in the kitchen, which is joined to the sitting room (where we were sleeping) by a thin wall with a hole of the radiator. It was a miserable day again today so we went to the Fabre art museum for some art inspiration followed by another trip to a cafe where I had a gorgeous tarte tatin, Mary had a chocolate fondant, Laura had crumble and Liz and Grace had two hot-chocolates each (its now rice, grapes, soy sauce, Yop and any drinks, just not alcohol) and looked longingly at the food. They are stopping tomorrow. That evening we watched ‘Cast-Away’, which bought back travelling memories because I had visited the island where it was filmed, followed by more ‘Sex and the City’.
