Wednesday 23rd April

I’ve got mail. When I went into the flat this morning three letters were waiting for me. My assessment results, some chocolate from Florrie and a wind up butterfly from Vicky. It felt like christmas. Today I caught up on my blog, did some washing, pdp-ing etc and then in the evening we all met up with Mika and Charlie and had a drink sitting outside. Yep, the weather is better than it was in Montpellier. Mary also sorted out going on the radio. Did I tell you? The man, who’s friends with her parents and who we met at Le Saxo, has asked Mary to talk about her experiences of Rouen on a radio show on Saturday - exciting!! And we also arranged to go to a gig on Friday - The Go! Team. We started to get cold so then we went to a bar next door to Cafe Cherie which was quite posh, and had zebra covering on the seat backs. Has a nice atmosphere to it though. After this we said Bonne Nuit to Charlie who had to get up early the next day and went to Chez Grace for a few rounds of 7’s (the card game). I won once.
